At Shosha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shosha account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
